Is the trial really free with no commitment?
Yes, 100%. When you create your account, you get 7 days of full Full Pack access with 10 analyses included. No credit card is required. After the trial, you freely choose to subscribe or stay on the free plan (2 analyses/month).
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time from your account — access remains active until the end of the paid period. For yearly plans, the subscription automatically renews each year (tacit reconduction). You will receive a reminder email 45 days before each renewal as required by French consumer law (art. L.215-1 C. conso.). To avoid renewal, cancel from your account before the renewal date.
What's the concrete difference between Full Pack and Business?
The Full Pack is built for intensive personal use: 50 analyses/month, full map, up to 20 comparisons/month. Business and Business + IFI are designed for professionals: 100 analyses/month, 50 multi-area comparisons/month, Excel export for client reports, 100% neutral experience, and dedicated onboarding. Caps can be adjusted on request for high-volume needs.
Where does the data come from?
Data comes from DVF (Demandes de Valeurs Foncières) published by the French tax authority and released as open data via Étalab — the same data used by notaries and tax services. Over 6.5 million transactions are available, going back to 2014.
What happens when I reach my monthly quota?
You receive an in-app notification and the next analysis is blocked until your monthly anniversary date (the same day of the month as your subscription — not the 1st of the calendar month). You can change plan at any time or request a cap adjustment via support.
